It’s Official. I Joined GSCH Full Time as CSIO!

Well, it’s official! This week I stepped into a full-time remote role at Growth Science Capital as Chief Systems & Innovation Officer 🙂

It all began about six weeks ago, on a call where I walked CEO Jeremy Pollack, Ph.D. through some of the systems and automation frameworks I’d built for RAIZOR and Agent Otto. After the call he hired me for a consulting project for one venture, then another two weeks later. A month after that Jeremy surprised me with an offer for a newly created CSIO position that felt custom-made for my skillset.

GSC is a venture-building firm that funds and enables a portfolio of human-centered, AI-powered consulting firms and other professional-services companies. Each venture blends technology, creativity, and authentic human connection to launch and scale more intelligently. I felt immediately aligned.

As CSIO, I’ll be connecting the dots across GSC’s growing ecosystem, designing and refining the systems that power our ventures, helping new teams launch efficiently, leading innovation in both internal and client-facing solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

I’m thoroughly amped to be joining a sharp, values-aligned group of leaders who are passionate about building something meaningful at the intersection of technology, human development, and organizational design. My work will draw on every skill I’ve developed over the past twenty years: product design, branding, marketing, automation, leadership, education, and most recently my AI knowledge, all in one cohesive mission.

It’s a dauntingly complex challenge with a lot of moving parts, but that’s exactly what energizes me. To me, building systems is like solving puzzles, each piece making the whole operate more smoothly. My brain’s already buzzing with ideas for what’s next.

Thanks for seeing me and what I offer so clearly, Jeremy 🙂 Here’s to making systems + innovation a force for growth across the GSC portfolio!
