This week, I’ve been building a simpler version of ClickUp for one of consulting clients. It’s going to save them hundreds of dollars a month in team seats, and is completely customized to how their team works assigning projects and tasks.
Like everything I build for them, it all happens inside my custom consulting platform which is on a cloud VPS so their data is isolated. I also set them up with encrypted LLMs, so their data stays private, even when being processed with AI.
Piece by piece, I am transitioning them from old legacy systems to custom tools built just for them, saving them money, and getting them ready for the agentic future 🙂
